What’s a good lake or pond to fish in nearby?

I'm hoping to find spots on the West side of Houston, and preferably within the radius of 99 (doesn't have to be tho). Most of my rural houston fishing has been in apartment complexes with communal lakes, so I'll go anywhere at this point.
