Whataburger Is Sponsoring One Couple’s Burger-Themed Dream Wedding in Las Vegas
If you met the love of your life in a Whataburger drive-thru, this one’s for you
Valentine’s Day isn’t far off, and Whataburger is already preparing a breakout celebration for its biggest fan duo. The Texas-founded fast food chain announced it will host a WhataWedding contest that will send one winning couple to the Las Vegas strip for a wedding they’ll never forget.
Couples must submit a video through Monday, December 30, detailing their love story, their love for Whataburger, and why they want to get married on Valentine’s Day at Whataburger in Las Vegas. Videos shorter than 30 seconds or longer than 45 seconds will be disqualified, according to the rules. Entrants must also be at least 21 years old at entry and submit a photo together.

The winner will be announced on January 14, giving the chosen couple at least a month to plan the Whataburger wedding of their dreams, but it seems like Whataburger will handle most of the preparations. A representative for Whataburger said the company will host the wedding at the Las Vegas Whataburger, which will set up a mini wedding chapel with orange-and-white decor, WhataWedding florals, and greenery.
The wedding package also includes airfare for two, a three-day hotel stay, a custom well-wishes book, a bow tie, a Whataburger-branded heart charm, two wedding bands, Whataburger socks, a framed certificate, a $100 Whataburger gift card, a Fancy and Spicy Ketchup Yeti cup bundle, a trio of Whataburger sauces, a flower bouquet, a wedding cake, two pairs of Ugg slippers, an officiant, photography, a $500 gift card for incidental expenses, and food and refreshments for the couple and up to 75 guests (with costs not to exceed $15 a person). The wedding will be held at 2 p.m. on February 14, or Valentine’s Day, in 2025.
