What would it take to change our mind?

I think the consensus in the sub is that Dusty has mismanaged this season and a lot of people would be happy to the Astros move on from him at the end of the season. My question is what would it take for you to feel like Dusty had a successful season and should come back? Championship or bust? ALCS appearance?
