What would be your dreamscenario if BoB would be removed tomorrow?

Dear Texan-fans… Raidersfan here, totally feeling your pain (Cooper/Mack leaving was as hard), but we got some return and not only a 2nd so it's even worse for you guys.

So with my condolences here is my question for you:

Imagine BoB gets fired tomorrow, who would be your favorite as replacement as Gm and who as Headcoach or maybe again as both?

As hard those times are for you, you still have one of the most amazing qbs in our generation and one day, I am sure, he will hand you a title.

With that said stay healthy and watch some Deshaun Watson highlights =)
