What would be our cities sandwich?

most of the largest cities of America have their own defining sandwich

New York has the Chopped Cheese Philly has its cheesesteak Chicago has its Italian beef Miami has the Cuban Pittsburgh has its weird primantis Pittsburgher thing I dunno

what does this leave as our sandwich? my suggestion is like a spicy bbq pork or ham or maybe beef type thing on toast with Swiss cheese. any other suggestions?
