What will the traffic be like in Galveston on July 4th?

Tried to find a post about this but couldn’t. Not sure what to expect, I’ve dealt with some decent 30 minute traffic trying to leave Galveston, but has anybody had experience with it being like 3 hours to get back to downtown Houston?
