What will it take to keep Pep?

What are the chances he stays if we don’t promote him to OC? I would assume if he got offered the OC spot on another team he would take it if we don’t offer it to him here, and I could see more than a few teams who would entertain that idea. Mills development has been outstanding and looking at Pep’s track record it isn’t hard to attribute a good deal of Mills development to him. I would hate to lose someone like him with Mills going into an off-season of prepping to be the starter. So realistically it’s him at OC or lose him and keep TK…
