What will be the largest impact from COVID to the Houston area in 5 years?

Negative – Downtown real estate will change as companies find that productivity drop off from WFH is less money to their bottom line than the cost for office space.

Positive – Office space converted to apartments will become a business. Companies can expand resource pools to people on the far side of town in the WFH environment.
