What Was The Radio Show With The Host Who Did Characters?

As the title states; what was the radio show in the early 2000s that featured two hosts with one of them doing multiple voices and characters? I think it came on one of the rock stations (not 94.5) but I could be mistaken. Or was this all a fever dream?
