What to order at El Tiempo?

We just arrived in Houston for a long weekend and are without a car but there’s an El Tiempo near our AirBnB that is walkable, would this be a good TexMex restaurant to try?

I see that further down the street is a Picos and Pappasitos also. Would those be worth trying also?

We are from the Northeast and don’t really have TexMex there so I am unsure of what to order. The menu looks huge!! A lot of things I have never ordered before.

What would you recommend two people order for the full experience? I don’t think we have any plans to come back to Texas anytime soon so want to make sure we experience it the right way
