What to do with a car seat

I know they have trade ins at target and walmart but we were using it at that time (for target at least). However baby has now become too tall and we had to move up. Is there some place I can donate, tried looking up info at Houston Womans Center but the only thing they have under donations is monetary or an amazon wish list. Its not expired and in good condition, no accidents. I'd hand me down to a family member but everyone has babies that are older, with no plans for more in the future.
