What to do with a bird’s nest on our back porch?

We are renting a house around south Houston and a family of birds have taken up residence on our porch. They built a nest and have had a couple of offspring and we're happy to leave them be as they are (They're adorable as f**k). The problem is that we plan to move in a little less than a month and don't know what the land lord will do to them when we leave. Is there an organization we can call that will move them humanely, or at least make sure they're protected when we leave?
