What to do after landing in IAH at 4pm this Sunday

So I am coming to Houston for (edit: Open House at Rice) (I have never been to houston) and my flight is gonna land at IAH at 3.45pm this Sun. I will be busy all day Mon and leaving Mon night. So what can I visit/do after landing on Sun?

Also, any recs for Sun dinner hahaha
