What to do about upstairs neighbor?

I live in a “luxury” apartment. Not fancy but more than enough for my needs. I think my upstairs neighbors has a small child and the last few weeks, they’re constantly running and stomping— early in the morning and at night. I don’t hear it during the day so I guess they’re at daycare or something.I’ve recorded several instances of the noise.

I’m not sure what unit it is exactly but would a note be my best bet and just try my best to find the correct unit? Or would it help at all if I email my leasing office with attachments of a few of the recordings? Realistically, will/could they do anything at all?

A child is a child so I’ve been trying to ignore it for weeks, but it’s just so disruptive when it comes to my sleep and study.
