What the heck is happening with Westbury Square?

The most up to date article was published over 2 years ago and there hasn’t been anything since. I didn’t realize PUCS stopped parking there by the beginning of summer and now the only new development is a gas station across the street. That ugly building has been there for decades now and the neighborhood could really benefit if that area was converted to more local shops/restaurants or home.
