What sort of letters come from Houston Municipal Courts?

I’m currently out of the country and I just found out I received a letter from them. It’s not jury duty (which is marked), and I called the city traffic courts and I don’t have any traffic tickets or anything they can find, but I can’t figure out what it is and it’s driving me mad.

Should I be concerned?
