What should the Texans do with George Fant?

Fant has been playing at a high level since essentially the start of the season. He's here on a one year, $3,000,000 contract. Would texans be able to resign him or would he be leaving for starter level money elsewhere since we're already committed to tunsil and howard? What are y'alls thoughts on this?
