What restaurants are “worth it”?

We live a couple hours away and only go to Houston once or twice a year for an occasion like our anniversary. We’ve been to a few places, taste of Texas, pappasitos, Ruth Chris, Vic Anthony, and rainbow lodge (which was atrocious when we went for our anniversary last year). Because it’s only once a year or so I don’t care about the money, I just want a really good meal Thanks in advance!
