What receivers (and how many) are going to make the roster?

So this is the question me and my Twitter Space group have been having. It’s actually a hard question.

We’re going to have 3 TEs and a FB on the roster. We are going to rotate 8-9 players for the D-LINE.

So what receivers do we put on the roster?

We know Cooks and Collins are definite. Let’s say Chester wins the slot position. Do we keep 5? 6? or 7 receivers? And who? Conley, Moore? Dorsett? Camp? Davis?
