What parts of Spring do y’all consider to be “safe”?

Personally think north of 1960, starting from cypresswood drive (the area with the Target and Best Buy) is generally an okay area. Anything south of that goes from sketchy to hood real quick. But I recognize I have a higher tolerance for sketch so might be overestimating the area.
