I have been reading lips for years. I rewound and watched it back several times. Neris clearly said, “Julioooo!!! You still owe me $8 for that burger!!! I want my moneeeeeey!!!! (He walked towards him and said) Give it to me now!!!”

The confusion on Julio’s face tells me he clearly had forgotten about the burger money.
