What makes Houston the best city in America and what makes it terrible?

Seriously, let's talk about it. My previous post on leaving Texas got so much unexpected feedback that I really want to hear your opinion. Some commenters believe that Houston is the best city in the nation others beg to differ. I would love to see your thoughts. Thanks!
