What lifestyle can I afford in Houston?.

Hi, I'm currently considering living in Houston and would like to know realistically what I can afford rigth now. I'm a single male, no kids, and have no student loans or any kind of debt to my name. I have about 30k in savings, and bring about $3,600 monthly after taxes. My job provides health benefits etc. so they're already deducted from my monthly income. I currently finished paying off my car, so I don't have that payment to make right now, and I don't know how much I will be paying for utilities, or other things in houston. Can anyone advise me how best I can live in Houston with my current financial situation or if there's like a layout plan recommended?. Really appreciate it!.
