What language should I learn in Houston?

Howdy folks, I'm a student at community college and want to transfer to UH. With that being said, I'm thinking about a minor in a language but I'm still undecided. In my opinion, I should learn a language if I'm interested in its culture and cuisine. I used to try studying Spanish on my own because I think that Houston has a lot of Latinos so it could benefit me more on my resume, but after a while, I wasn't really interested in it. So folks, what is the most common language spoken in Houston besides Spanish?

P/S: I'm bilingual in English and Vietnamese
