What is up with Xela Coffee and to go orders?

I used to go often but lately every time I go and order, lets say a flat white, they yell out "single shot flat white" after I tell them it is to go. Are they weakening down the drinks since i'm getting it to go ? I know they started charging a big fee for getting the bottle drinks to go, so is this just another form of that?

Looking at my receipt it clearly shows "Doubleshot" with an add on that says "hot to-go". Seems like they are intentionally giving me less.
