What is the right way to have fun during a weekday?

I moved to Tomball in 2020 during COVID. I moved here because of my partner and a new position which back then it was a fully remote position. Three years forward my partner and I only stay within our known areas in the suburbs with not idea what is out there when it comes to have fun. We do family friendly outings but never 21+ outings.

Tomorrow my partner and I have a plan to go fine dining to a restaurant in the woodlands and we really want to have a fun date night. Though, we have no idea what to do after dinner.

We like dancing, making friends and talking with people. Any recommendations you can suggest? I am looking for fine dining restaurants in any other location and social environments afterwards.
