What is the protest today (12/7) heading into town on 290 all about?

There was a parade of trucks and trailers on 290 Eastbound today saying to support farmers on the sides of vehicles. Every vehicle had a USA flag, a green flag, or both. I also saw a few things about Modi and India. Can anyone explain what they are trying to achieve with their demonstration?
