What is the most annoying noise in the city for you?

This post brought to you by the leaf blowers outside my apartment that manage to cut through my noise-cancelling headphones and the jackass behind me on Saturday whose stereo system likely cost more than the entirety of the rest of his shitty vehicle and whose windows were rolled down with bass blaring on 59 in stop-and-go traffic in the middle of the day so I couldn't escape him for over 20 minutes until the congestion cleared.
