What is the Largest Coffeehouse/Cafe in Houston?

I'm in a creator group who is looking to regularly meet some place like a café. We are meeting in one place and have been meeting there for years (baring the lockdowns) but are now out growing that locale.

I'm looking for a place inside the loop preferably else on the North or West side of town but not outside the beltway. it should have a place to sit say 20-30 people (sometimes more or less) at the same area. Decent coffee/food is a must, a decent atmosphere would be nice. Hopefully a place where we can make an agreement with the owner. Current place likes us there as long as each of us buys something.
