What is the general perception of New Orleans by people who live in Houston?

I'm curious. In New Orleans, most people talk negative about Houston: "no soul or culture," sprawl, everything feels like a strip mall, etc. Do people in Houston even think about New Orleans? Do they tend think of Austin and Dallas as cities that are more worthy of comparison?
