what is the best movie theater in central houston?

not counting places like the mfah or soon-to-repoen river oaks theater, what is the best theater to see a new, wide-release film?

i used to have an amc membership and loved going to the amc 30 on dunvale but it closed during the pandemic. the former angelika downtown is FINE but i prefer some place nicer. only other amcs are out in the burs, though i MIGHT drive to alamo for a special movie

is it ipic? marq-e? some place else?
