What is our thoughts in Cesar Salazar?

Personally I think he belongs in the line-up. He's way better at blocking than Yainer, pretty smart behind the plate, and a pretty consistent hitter in his stints in the majors. The only small downside is out of Diaz, Caratini, and him, he has the weakest arm.
