what is most reliable public auto auctions near Houston ?

Hi Folks, I am in the market to purchase a car from public Auto Auctions, what are the most reliable sites and companies? I wan to spend about $10k in to the car may be another $5k in to maintain.
I'm aware of the risks, i am looking for advice. I've looked at Copart, what other options are there ?
