What is it about Houston?

Over time I’ve noticed tons of people moving to Houston and what not, but I’m curious as to why? Obviously people move for work and stuff but it seems like tons of people have asked about moving here, others have recently moved here and some have been here for a few years already. As a native houstonian im saving up some extra cash to move out of Houston lol, but I’d love to hear y’all’s thoughts and opinions- preferably those who aren’t from Texas.
