What is going on with Highland Village construction?

The new Lululemon store appears to be stalled. The parking garage has some kind of renovation project going on. The stores under Ra Sushi have been closed forever. Now Starbucks is closed.

Does any have an inside track on what is going on here, either with specific projects or overall?
