What Happened at north Houston facility for unaccompanied migrant children?

Story seems to be appearing at the national level this morning and until specifics are made known, it reflects very poorly on Houston.

If not from the Governor, someone with an interest in protecting the reputation of greater Houston like Judge Hidalgo or Mayor Turner need to share the facts to snuff out the speculation that as of this morning appears to be running wild.
