What future Houston development/project are you most excited for, big or small?

Personally, I am most excited to see how the East River projects unfold. That view of downtown is really cool and it will be interesting to see what they do with an entirely new neighborhood that close to Downtown.

I’m also very excited to see how the Ishmaili center goes, since it is a $175 million semi-public development less than 5 mins from my house.
