What do you want the Pierce Elevated to become?

Personally, I live close by and want it demolished. With the lack of an extensive public transit system allowing timely car-less access like the NYC subway with the Highland Park skypark, I don’t think that’s going to work here. Plus, I’d think the land below the Pierce Elevated is high value for developers.
