What do people think of Bubba’s Texas Burger Shack?

It seems to be in a very awkward location but the reviews on Google are excellent. Anyone ever been there?

I'm curious as to how the place ended up next up in a literal island surrounded by freeways, probably just a result of constant Houston freeway construction. Anyway, how are the burgers?
