What do other moms of littles do in this insane heat?

I’m a first time mom of a four month old who has barley been outside all week because of the insane heat. Our normal stroller walk route seems miserable right now, even our backyard feels impossibly hot. But I hate that my LO is just inside all day. What do y’all normally do for small kids to get some safe sun in this heat?
