What do I need to do to have my sibling’s car gifted to me (and transfer title)?

Just wondering if anyone has done this before. I moved a while back from another state.

My sibling gifted me their car and I’m looking to have the title fully transferred to me. I found a “Affidavit of Molotov Vehicle Gift Transfer” form online and had it filled out by my sibling and signed by a public notary.

Is there anything else I would need to present?

After this, I need to get car insurance in Texas. I’m on insurance but in another state.

Has anyone done this before? What else do I need to present and where do I go?
