What do I need for my driving license? Started driver’s ed at 17, now 21

I started Driver's ed with Aceable's teen driver's education course when I was 17, then just never got my license because everything got busy and it was put on the backburner. At 18, I renewed my driver's permit.

I completed the Aceable course and test about a year ago. Looking at what I would need according to Aceable, there is:

• Form DL-43 (some of which seems not applicable to me because I'm over 18)

• ITTD certificate of Completion (Another teen thing, but comes with the aceable territory)

• Verification of Enrollment form (Probably doesn't apply to me since I've been out of high school for nearly 4 years now)

• Observation and Practice logs (Same as the ITTD thing)

Am I just screwed and need to take the adult driver's ed course? Is it even possible for me to use the aceable thing?
