What do I do with this adorable cat in my backyard?

So my wife and I have to move to Dallas for personal reasons. We already own 2 cats.

Recently I made the mistake of giving attention to and sometimes feeding the food my cats wont eat to a feral lady cat. She visits me in the garage while I workout and is incredibly sweet.

Do any of you have resources on what to do with her so I know she has someone to care for her after I leave? Does anyone want a cat?
