What do I do in this situation?

A cat has brought a litter of kittens to my boyfriend's front door. (SW Houston) What do you do? Not really in a position to take in a litter of kittens at the moment. They look like they might be a month-ish maybe less. It's a big apartment complex but mom cat did not seem like a cat with an owner. I don't know where you take them, any suggestions would be helpful.

Update There was a neighbor that was willing to take the momma and the kittens since they're still nursing. Thank you guys so much for your help, I really appreciate it It was all very great advice and my boyfriend does not have 7 new cats.
