What dealerships in Houston area that won’t charge over MSRP and don’t add random packages to care?

I am trying to find an entry level SUV to buy and all the dealerships (20-ish) that I called either add "Dealer Adjustments" or random packages that no one cares about. I called Toyota, Honda and Mazda dealerships and all of them suck. I tried buying cars that have on the lot and in-transit, and 2022 and 2023 models and all of them add random s**t.
