What can I do in my situation?

Recently I’ve been having those annoying drop trucks pass by in my area. But I don’t have an issue with them flooring it or whatever since in the day a lot of cars pass by. But my issue is that I’ve had certain of them intentionally rev it in front of my home and it’s every single day. And I noticed different vehicles going by real slow infront of my house day and night. They stand out because they have paper plates. So am I being targeted by some punks in the neighborhood? If so any advice on what I can do.
