What building is on Roark rd

There's a building with what looks like a nice patio on Roark rd right where the Beltway and 59 intersect on the Sw side. There's a sign that says 'The Agency' on the fence. Anyone know if it's going to be a resturaunt? Seems like an odd place for a business.
