What areas would you recommend?

Apologies if this has been answered a few times and point me to the direction if it has been. But Houston is on my shortlist of cities moving to (from Florida)

The things I’d look for

•Within 20-30 minutes of downtown •10-30 minutes from airport (i work remote but have to travel) • nice multi bedroom/bath under $1800 a month

I know minimal about Houston, only have visited a couple times so please don’t troll hahaa!
