What areas of Houston do you think will gentrify next?

Found this post from 5 years ago. And I’m intrigued what everyone’s thoughts on this topics nowadays are. I would say right now definitely East End is insane. There are so many new constructions and business that have opened up in the last 5 years. I know also Northside village is getting hit hard by gentrification. So, I’m sure there will be more projects to come. As to what’s next, I’m not sure! I’ve always wondered how third ward managed to slow it down a bit
