What are your plans for this halloween weekend in H-Town?

My wife and I finally got a babysitter. Looking for some things to do. We used to go dress up and people watch / walk around 6th street in Austin or Bourbon St one year, but theres not really a place like that, that I know of in Houston. What are some other good ideas or places to go?
